Flexible Scheduling Policies
MISSED LESSONS (CANCELLATIONS)
If your child cannot attend a scheduled session, you can reschedule to another available slot within the same calendar month
How it works:
- Notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- We'll find an alternative time slot in the same month
- If no slots available in same month, it rolls to next month (max 1 rollover per term)
- No penalty: Rescheduled sessions are free

TRAVEL/EXTENDED ABSENCE (HOLD)
If your child will be away for an extended period (2+ weeks), you can put your slot on hold.
How it works:
- Notify us at least 2 weeks in advance
- Maximum 2 weeks hold per term
- Sessions are paused, not cancelled
- You resume at the same time/day when you return
- No refund, but sessions are preserved
- After hold: You can resume immediately or reschedule to a new time slot

Other applicable fees and notes
- Assessment fee: RM150 (one-time, applied to first month if enrolled)
- Terms per year: 3 terms (January - April/ May August/ September - December)
- Early cancellation: 50% of remaining balance applies
- Cancellation notice: 24 hours required for missed lessons
- Hold notice: 2 weeks in advance required for travel/absence

What if my child misses a lesson?
No problem! You can reschedule to another available slot within the same calendar month at no extra cost. Just notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If no slots are available that month, we'll roll it to the next month (max 1 rollover per term).
What if we are travelling during the term?
We offer a hold policy for extended absences (2+ weeks). You can pause your sessions and resume when you return at the same time/day, or reschedule to a new slot. Maximum 2 weeks hold per term. Just notify us 2 weeks in advance.
Do I lose a session if I cancel?
No! You can reschedule within the same month for free. We only charge if you cancel the entire term early (50% of remaining balance).
