Learning Fresh Policies and Standards

Learning Fresh is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent and high-quality environment for all pupils, families and staff. The following policies apply to all our programmes and locations.

1. Enrolment & Representation Policy
All pupil enrolments are handled directly through Learning Fresh. We do not appoint or authorise any third-party agents, agencies or individuals to represent or sell our programmes. Any person or company claiming to represent Learning Fresh should be reported to us immediately at [email protected] or 1700-816-121.
 
2. Fees & Refund Policy
All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment deadlines, methods and any late penalties will be communicated at the time of enrolment.
 
3. Acceptance & Termination Policy
Admission, placement, continuation and termination of enrolment are at the sole discretion of Learning Fresh. Participation is subject to compliance with all Learning Fresh policies and codes of conduct.
 
4. Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy
Learning Fresh complies with the Child Act 2001 (Malaysia) and all relevant child-protection legislation. All staff undergo background checks and training on child safeguarding. We have zero tolerance for abuse, neglect or exploitation of any child under our care. Suspected violations are reported promptly to the appropriate authorities.
 
5. Anti-Bullying & Anti-Harassment Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind. Incidents are investigated promptly and addressed according to our internal procedures. Parents/guardians will be informed of any significant incidents and the steps taken.
 
6. Code of Conduct
All pupils, parents and staff are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Offensive, dangerous or disruptive behaviour may result in disciplinary action, suspension or dismissal from programmes.
 
7. Photography & Media Consent Policy
We will only use pupil photographs or videos for marketing purposes with prior parental consent. Parents may withdraw consent at any time by notifying our office in writing.
 
8. Health, Safety & Medical Policy
Parents must disclose allergies or medical conditions during enrolment. Medication may only be administered with written parental consent. Our centres comply with all local health, safety and fire regulations, with emergency procedures and first-aid support in place.
 
9. Collection & Drop-Off Policy
Only authorised persons may collect a pupil. Photo-ID verification may be required. Late collections may incur additional charges.
 
10. Privacy & Data Protection Policy
Personal data of pupils and families is collected, used and stored in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Information is shared only with authorised staff or authorities when required.
 
11. Excursion & Travel Policy
All excursions and trips require parental consent and are supervised by trained staff. Insurance cover and supervision ratios are communicated in advance.
 
12. Technology & Device Policy
Guidelines on bringing and using electronic devices in our centres are issued per programme. Inappropriate use of technology may result in confiscation or disciplinary action.
 
13. Intellectual Property Policy
Learning Fresh curriculum, materials and content are copyrighted and may not be copied, resold or distributed without permission.
Any unauthorised use of our brand or programmes will result in legal action.
 
14. Trademark & Brand Protection Policy
The Learning Fresh name, logo and taglines are registered trademarks of Learning Fresh Sdn. Bhd. No person or organisation may use, reproduce or modify our trademarked name, logo or branding without prior written permission from Learning Fresh. Any unauthorised use of our trademark, branding or copyrighted materials will result in legal action.
 
Reporting Concerns
Parents, guardians, staff and pupils are encouraged to report any safeguarding, safety, conduct or unauthorised brand use concerns to [email protected] or 1700-816-121. All reports are treated confidentially and with urgency.
